Today Trainer Brand Reina and I were messing around with the TRX for our "Functional" day of the weekly program. After completing a tough set of single leg burpees with a jump, we also did some single arm chest presses with the TRX. After four sets of ten with these exercises I was sweating up a storm and my whole body was feeling the work. Then, I decided to get a little creative and decided to try the famous TRX Atomic Push Up, with a little dash of nasty: turn the push up into a plyo push up!
