Metabolic, Metabolic, Metabolic...

I just can't stop cooking up great metabolic routines to wreck myself! It is becoming a weird masochistic addiction, but I am having a lot of fun. It also doesn't help that I have readers getting back to me telling me they have tried these work outs and find them absolutely diabolical. Here's a nice one I concocted today using a 20 kg (44lb) kettle bell and then some other stuff!

Kettle Bell Complex (Everything except the swings are performed with a single arm or single leg)

KB Swings x 10
KB Clean x 10
KB Sin. Leg RDL x 10
KB Sin. Arm Row x 10

5 Rounds, 90 seconds of rest...

The total work for this set was between 2 1/2 and 3 minutes because of the unilateral aspect of the routine. NASTY!

After that, I did some Free Motion cable lat pull downs for 15 reps followed by a BOSU crunch for 25 reps, 4 sets, no rest.

Finished with a 15lb Medicine Bal Throwdown Tabata...I was dead...
