Today's WakeUp Workout focused on doing some plyometrics on the stairs. This little routine is an awesome way to start a cardio, agility or interval day. Begin by doing 2-4 sets of 10-15 jumps to get these more complex and demanding explosive exercises out of the way. After that, feel free to attack the stairs or the track to finish up your cardio for the day!
